Missing activity challenge badge in watchOS 5

I updated to watchOS 5 and I lost both my Thanksgiving (2016,17) activity challenge badges and my Veterans Day activity challenge badge. I’ve tried restarting both my phone and watch but no luck. Is anyone experiencing this issue too?

Yes, same thing happened to me after updating to watch OS5 and iOS 12. Its an known issue.

You bet! I didn’t either until I called support last night. I wasn’t happy to see that I had lost my precious badges. I hope we get them back! On a side note, I did see that they fixed the back of the New Year 2018 badge that didn’t have your name on the back.

I definitely notice that! One step forward, and in the case of missing badges, five steps back huh
