missing app store...

so i jb'd to 4.3.1 today, went well enough.
putting things back together.

my app store is missing (i can see it in the "hide apps" list in sbsettings.
i've toggled that a few times, rebooted, but...nada).

says it's in Applications folder, but no icon showing on my homescreen.

any ideas??

Do you have Springtomize installed by any chance if so check the Settings > Springtomize > Capabilities and check to make sure AppStore is on.

i turned it on there, resprung, rebooted. still not showing. anything else i can try?

Is the Use Custom in the Capabilities also enabled? I think you need that on for any of the options below it to work.

it's on. i can, for instance, do "unified ipod", that works. but no app store icon...

i can find it (& open it) with spotlight, but can't find it's icon anywhere... & seems when i go to install something, am brought back to the home screen...

Do you happen to have iconoclasm installed and active? My settings app disappeared when I was using 3x3 dense, but it came back when I changed it to the system default.

will try that now (i DO have this installed); icon rows, etc did not seem to work with springtomize (yet...)

somehow...got it back. had to turn off iconoclasm, springtomize...then hide & unhide it in sbsettings; it's back, and iconoclasm and springtomize are both working..!

The same thing has happened to me with my Settings icon: i can find it with Spotlight, but it's nowhere on the Springboard. I don't have Springtomize. I do have SBSettings, and the icon is not hidden through SBSettings.

I was just poking around in SBsettings, and my phone resprung, and Settings is back. I don't know what I did to get it, but at least it's back.
