Missing Apps Icons downloaded from Cydia

Hi this is my first post. I have a problem after using Quickpwn to unlock/jailbreak my 2g iPhone and downloaded apps from itunes/store I tried to download apps from Cydia but after installing apps from Cydia. Icons doesn't show up but it is installed. I can see the icons from apps I downloaded from itunes but not icons from apps I downloaded from Cydia. pls help. I also noticed that if I install apps from Cydia first then install apps from itunes icons show up. But if I download from itunes apps first then download from Cydia icons from apps dowanloaded from Cydia doesn't show up.

what types of programs are you downloading? some do not have apps on the home screen, like community sources or winterboard themes

tried restarting it. still no icons. tried hard reset still no go.
