Missing Apps On Main Page

Hello,

I have a Apple TV Gen 3 and Gen 4. When you turn on the Gen 3, the main screen as all the Apps, Hulu, Netflix etc. On the Gen 4 I have to goto the Apps section. Is there a way on the Gen 4, that when it is turn on that is automatically opens to the Apps page.
