missing button help

I have my website i created in Dreamweaver cs5 here:

There is a missing button on the top right between portrait and personal. yet when i open the index.html file on my computer it works fine. Ive tried re uploading the files a couple times but still the same result. any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
it is there, the txt is white, if you drag your mouse over the top left of the link you sent me it highlights it.
 
i was not seeing it in chrome sorry.


shows up in firefox.

thats weird, i tried viewing it in chrome and firefox on my windows machine and firefox on my mac and it didnt show up on any of them.
 
heres my code, any help on why it would work on some browsers and not others?
