iPhone Missing Facetime iOS 7 Beta 5

I just noticed that I'm missing my facetime app in my iPhone 5. My iPad mini and 4s has it though. Not sure if it started with beta 4 but I'm sure it was there with beta 3. Under settings its also gone. Anyone else having this issue?

have you tried rebooting or reloading the OS?

Are you sure it's not just hidden in a folder or on another screen? Try pulling down on your apps and searching for it in Spotlight.

No, it's nit hidden. Did a search too but it's really no where to be found. When making a call its totally blank from the call menu. Nothing in settings at all.

Check if FaceTime isn't disable in Restrictions. (Settings / General / Restrictions)
If it's disabled everything related to the app (icon, settings menu, etc) will be hidden.
