i was watching this video where mac os x lion was being previwed.

i noticed when they were demoing mission control, they activated a feature that im sure is changed or not available anymore!

it looks about as handy as true expose.

does anyone know why they changed it to the worse version n the released lion?

what im referring to is the point at 14:40 onwards (14:49 to be exact)

with the lion im using, if i do 2 finger swipe up on the trackpad, i get a bit of zoom, but it does not make the surrounding apps become small and out of the way as much, and bring in as much zoom.

Yup, the final implementation of "peeking" left much to be desired. However, the one thing I see they delivered on from that demo, was that it takes five or six tries to activate the damn gesture for mission control!

The return of ungrouped application windows to Mission control ( a.k.a. old Exposé behavior ) is the main thing I'll be upgrading to ML for.
