iPhone Missing "Feedback" app in iOS 9 PB

I was wondering if anyone was also missing the Feedback app on the iOS 9 Public Beta?

I had my phone (w/ iOS 9 PB) swapped at Apple (cracked my iPhone screen ) and set up the iPhone as new, re-downloaded iOS 9 to it, and restored it from backup.

After that, the Feedback app went missing!

Obviously not a big deal, I can just re-install the Beta.
I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else.

No need, just go to beta.apple.com/profile and reinstall the profile. The profile contains the feedback app.

I double checked and the profile is there. Perhaps I should try deleting and re-adding it.
