Missing Fitness awards on new iPhone

Anyone else missing some fitness awards after switching/setting up their new iPhone?

Did setup a new iPhone 16 Pro Max without backup.
Health data sync is finished and after a power cycle 90% of the awards are back, but some random monthly challenges are missing, all special challenges and two closing rings.

Guess the easiest solution is to nuke it and setup again?

Same here. Almost had a nervous breakdown over potentially losing 10 years of data. Did a Watch restore one more time, and some of it is back, but not all.

Did everything sync back for you now?

Some got sync a day later, but still not everything and none of the new awards I got over the last few days on the old phone got synced to the new.
This was definitely working better in previous iOS versions.

Did this ever resolve itself? I just moved from a 15PM to a 17PM and I’m missing several awards and my streak has gone from nearly 000 days to only 600. The 15 still displays it properly but the 17 won’t.
