Missing icons in Finder and cannot access any other folder

I have read on how to recover my lost icons, but the problem is that I cannot access my HD or any other destination in my mac... attached what I actually have access.

Any tips on how to get access to .../preferences ??

open finder and go to preferences that is how I added Pic/Movies?Music folders etc

Certainly I know that through finder, thing is that I have no access to the icons, I tried searching while trying to upload a file to an email, but did not fin any apple.finder.plist at /preferences nothing similar to it... any ideas?

So I managed to get access to my hidden library and my preferences.. I have deleted the file, yet problem exists...

I have deleted the file com.apple.finder.plist and I see each time I reboot a file named com.apple.finder.plist.OUKlish or whatever other name... I deleted it as well... but problem still exist... any ideas?
