Missing Internal Hard Drive

I can't see or access any of the info in my 2nd internal hard drive. I think it has to do with permissions, but I can't figure it out. I can't even see it any more. I only have 1 user which is the admin.
If I do a search for files they are "grayed" out? Can I reset the permissions or am I screwed?

is it a newly installed drive? or did it just happen all of a sudden?

No, I was messing with the read/write capabilities to keep my little ones out of the folder and then it was gone!
