missing iPod app

I don't know what's going on with my phone(iPhone 4) but the iPod app is gone. I have no idea what happened and have also been unsuccessful at finding out how I can get it back. Can anyone help me?😕

If you're on iOS 5, the iPod app has been turned into a Music and a Videos app. The iPod app is gone.
