Missing phone icon in iphone 4.

Hi, can anyone please help me my phone icon in my iphone has disappear. I have search for it but i can't find it anywhere.
I have search the phone app folder in my iphone with iPhoneBrowser but i can't find it. Can anyone please help how to get my phone icon back and where to locate the phone app folder in my iphone. I have an iphone 4 5.01

I'd say take it into an Apple Store, they will fix it.
