Missing playlists after Leopard upgrade

I updated to Leopard with an Archive and Install, but did not migrate my entire set-up. I have moved what I wanted from my previous system and I've got everything working well except 1 thing:

In iTunes I have all my music, but my playlists aren't there. I have my Previous System file available, but I'm not sure what to move to bring the playlists back.
Any idea how to fix this.

File, Import, and find the .xml file in your itunes music folder.... but its only playlists, no ratings, which screwed me over

That did it. Thanks a lot. Fortunately I hadn't started rating anything yet. I'd have thought there'd be a similar file for that.
