I am getting these messages on some web pages I am visiting. I just got the message on macRumors. I am using Safari 5.0.2; Mac OSX 10.6.4. What plug-in am I missing? See below for screenshot of the the MacRumors message.

Its a YouTube video. Try reinstalling Flash Player 10.1 and see if it fixes the problem.

Are you sure? That message means you don't have Flash Player installed.

This is weird. I closed Safari and restarted. Now the YouTube video shows on MacRumors. I knew I had Adobe Flash installed. It seems Flash sometimes works and other times it doesn't. When I go to Vevo, it tells me I need Adobe Flash. Not sure why it doesn't recognize it in Safari.
