That "Rocket App", better known as "Launchpad" should be located in your Applications Folder.
Click on it and drag it down to your Dock.
If it is not located in the Applications Folder, you're on your own.😲

It's also not really an app per se. It's got an app bundle but it just invokes the system feature of launchpad. Same as pinching the trackpad with 4 or 5 fingers, or F4, or that button on the TouchBar what invokes it as well. Or setting up a hot corner for it

@jbarley Aha, there are also the apps. I found it. I saw the use when I clicked on it, it is the same as the pintch. I tought it does something special because it`s a rocket.

@casperes1996 thanks but I have touchbar Macbook so I can`t do F4 cause I don`t have function keys.

If you have a touchbar, press the fn key and the touchbar displays function keys.

Yes, but in this particular case that's not gonna make a difference. When I said it's activated by F4, I meant the Mac's media key F4, not the function key F4. With the TouchBar, there's a Launchpad button on the TouchBar I believe. But it's all just ways of activating LaunchPad. Pinch the trackpad, click the rocket, F4, hot corner, whatever. It all achieves the same

You can customize the touchbar to add launchpad and mission control. Go to System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Customize Control Strip, then you can just drag the items to the Touch Bar.
