missing some sound after 1.1.3 update

I updated to 1.1.3 and mostly everything is fine. The ipod works, ringtones and voicemail notification works. however, sms notification, send mail, receive mail, lock click and keyboard clicks do not. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was experiencing some of the same things, but a quick restart solved it.

I restarted and did a full restore and *i'm still experiencing the same issue.
