Missing Spotlight Search Results?

Is there anyway to get files in Library to show up when doing a spotlight search? Why if I say search in "This Mac" do I get no results, but when I say search in "Library" I do get results? I would assume Library is a subset of "This Mac", no?

Thanks for clearing up how I can get results from inside Library in a standard search.
