Missing the veterans day badge

I am still no luck.
I had my workout that started 11:36pm on 11/11/18 and completed at 12:09am 11/12/18. The workout record shows up, done as on 11/11/18 on the Activity app on my iPhone.
But the badge does not show up till now... I should have done the workout earlier before the midnight?!
Anyone not getting it still?

Just noticed mine today. Never received any notification for it at all. Just happened to check...
