Missing user after upgrade to Mojave

Mojave 10.14
Did the upgrade, the admin user is ok but one of the former regular users does not appear in the log in window but that user does appear in the users folder in finder.
Any hints?

Thank you for your comment. I did but the status remains the same. The other account does not appear in users & groups

ah, sorry. odd one, have not seen that happen before. google it perhaps, or may be time to reach out to apple... (or perhaps someone else here can help). good luck with it!

Thank you, I already sent feedback to Apple and will execute a restore process of the last backup
