Mission: Help me find this theme pls

Back 2007 a theme surfaced and I loved the icons. I have not been able to find the theme again anywhere..... I specifically want only the icons however.

Anyone got these icons? (all of them)

Almost got my theme complete. It has wallpapers, docks, icons taken from over 20 themes and assembled for the look "I" have been wanting. I like a lot of special market things so I am used to having custom things and things of tastes that fit a certain type. This theme is close enough to done to show it off. Once I arrange my icons by color and line them up it'll be perfect.

A Leopard dock, some classy pinstripe, and some detailed icons. I have 6 pages of apps though so I have plenty of icons to choose from and arrange to look best.
