Mistake to migrate apps, settings, docs, accts from MBP?

I am just wondering if I made a mistake by importing all of this using Migration Assistant on my new Mac Pro. Came from a 2.33 MBP. Could I be slowing down anything? Overwriting specific software? (I don't see any ATI controller in Sys Prefs, for instance, which made me wonder)

Nope - shouldn't cause a problem. Apple's migration assistant is pretty smart about what it copies over.
