MKB as MagSafe Charger

Does anyone else use the MKB primarily as a charger (I do)? While the typing experience is great, I don’t use it often in my workflow but buying the smart folio means I can’t use the iPad naked on a whim so I can enjoy the weight of the 13".

I wish Apple would have added MagSafe charging especially with the internal brace system they added it seems plausible.
