I just downloaded mkvtools. I normally rip my own blu-ray movies but ran into some trouble on a couple so ended up getting mkv files from another source. So I needed to convert them b/c handbrake was having trouble with them. I just used passthrough on both audio and video and then will put them back into handbrake b/c I really like the quality with the handbrake settings I have set up.
I assume it will but just to make sure will using the passthrough settings preserve the original quality of the video and audio? And will it present a problem when I load it back into HB?
