ML Battey Drain

Ok, Just installed ML on my MacBook (2009) and now my battery goes from Full to dead in 2 hours. With just Firefox, mail and caffeine running.

Has anyone else had their battery life severely compromised as a result of the update?

This is my post from another thread, same problem as you have:

With Lion, my MBP 13" Mid 2009 has had over 7h left after being fully charged.
Yesterday i installed ML and now it says 2:03 left when it's 100% charged...bitch please?!

(Also it gets hot like hell)

EDIT: Maybe this helps: (Battery is not actually defective)

Sounds like EXACTLY the same specs/stats/issue as I am currently experiencing.

Deactivated Tuxera NTFS and did an SMC reset, i'm now at about 4h at 100%.
(Still draining too fast though)

I'm with you guys, although my problem isn't as bad. ML has shaved a full 2 hours off my MBP's battery life. I went from getting 6-6.5 hours with Lion to 4-4.5 with ML.
