I've got a Crucial M4 SSD running my OS and apps, but my rather large home folder is on another HDD. I'm not using a symbolic link or anything I just have the home folder mapped in my user account to the other physical drive.
Have there been any issues upgrading in a configuration like this? I have another admin account on the SSD just in case.
