Ridiculous over wi-fi, awful over Edge.

If ridiculous = awesome, then this is just the same as YouTube. They downgrade the video quality for over-the-air viewing to reduce access times. It will be interesting to see whether 3G users get the good or the ugly.

yea its pretty sick. for those who havent seen the app itself this is off my phone

Ridiculous is good, anyone that has it knows I meant it's good. The video quality is unreal. I just wish there was a way to get that clarity over Edge because when I have Wifi I'm probably near a computer or a TV to see the games myself.

Whatever though, great app.

I was thinking about an Olympics 2008 app. You choose the sport or athlete and it shows you highlights? That would be awesome.

The Reds got lucky that game. 7 home runs? Give me a break. At least the Cubbies won the series.

Back to the topic...How is it over 3G? I would assume edge sucks and wifi is good, but what about 3G?

Don't think anyone can answer this yet.

I'll be honest, would love to have every sport with an app like this...

"SportsTap" is a free app that I installed. I used to use their iPhone-based website for scores, but they have made a native app and it's pretty nice, get scores really quick.

I would pay for that in a heartbeat.

I think I mentioned in another thread on the subject of this app that if anyone came out with such an app for Curling, well, me and a few Canadians would be grateful!
