MLB Network ATV Channel Improvement

I enjoy the MLB Network channel on Apple TV.

Any ideas as to why that channel does not show their MLB . com GAMEDAY animation on the MLB Channel?

The Apple TV Channel currently gives live updates; but it would be a great visual experience to place GAMEDAY animation as the live updates on the MLB Network Apple TV Channel. I constintly have to airplay my Macbook to my Apple TV to watch the GAMEDAY live updates. It is already on their website; why not place it on Apple TV?

I'm not aware of any "player" MLB.tv channels that do the GameDay Animation.

I doubt that it'll ever offer Gameday functionality, but the app is long overdue for a refresh. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to add access to the vast library of video clips that are already available on MLB.com, with the ability to sort by team or search for particular players, etc.

Authenticated access to MLB Network would be a nice addition, as well.
