Hi, i thought the new 3Gs could send MMS;s to everyone (including ATT, or other service providers) is this true? I am told it can only go to a person who has a 3gs?

Unless you have a carrier hack, in the U.S. under AT&T you can not send MMS with any iPhone, including the 3GS.

As put out by Apple at WWDC. MMS will be on AT&T at the end of the summer.

OS 3.0 actually added that perk for the 3G and the 3GS, but AT&T quashed it here in the U.S.

AT&T supposedly wasn't ready for MMS, but there's so many rumors out there as to what the real reason is, that really no one knows for sure.

As far as iPhone moving to Verizon, that's just wishful thinking for a lot of people. You can read stuff about how there's no way Apple can go to Verizon due to the differences between the networks. Others say that Apple is just waiting until the end of the contract next year. Anyway, all they are are rumors, speculation, pipe dreams, wishes, etc. Really, no one knows what's going to happen.
