This is my setup:

Installed an .ipcc file with this information:

Just from paying attention the last couple days I've noticed:
1-When sending an MMS to Verizon customers I will receive the "Message Failed" and red "!" button next to the picture HOWEVER the MMS is sent and the Verizon customer receives the picture fine. This happens when my signal is between 2-3 bars. When I have a full signal this has not happened, yet. This has also happened to contacts with other service providers.
2-If I have anything less than a full signal, the sending time is DRAMATICALLY increased and the message usually fails.
3-MMS messages send fine with a full signal. The progress bar will travel to about 90% and remain there for less than 10 seconds.
4-Sometimes the MMS messages my contacts send me will not come through until I send THEM an MMS. I don't know why this is.
5-I send and receive MMS messages in great resolution. I'm sure this is due to the MMS UA Prof setting.
From my experience, it's best to make sure you have a FULL signal when sending MMS messages.
