MMS Issue

I'm having an issue sending MMS messages on an iPhone 3G. It stopped working after upgrading the carrier file to AT&T 5.6. Every time I try to send a file, it stops at 90% then a red exclamation point appears next to the picture. How can I fix this?

Try going to settings/general/reset network settings. I have had to this occasionally.
