So i have a jailbroken iphone on tmobile and now I cant get MMS to work. I can't send or receive them and I was able to before. Is anyone else this problem, I'm not sure what to do... Can someone please help me because MMS is pretty important and it worked no problem before and I haven't changed anything to not receive them. I had activateMMS and I took it out and replaced that with MMS for 2g from sinfuliphonerepo. I've rebooted it and still nothing... Please I hope someone can help me with this

Try resetting the network settings and then try.

I would always get mine to work this way but then an hour later, I would have to reset again so I gave up.

What made you change from activateMMS if that was working for you?

Have you tried going back to that to see if it still works?

Do you think if I upgrade my firmware from 3.0 to 3.1.2 that it might help... I really need MMS working on my phone.

If you upgrade to 3.1.2 then get the source sinfuliphonerepo.com , then get "enable MMS for 2G & 3.1.2 and then get "MMS & tethering settings" and it will put the MMS settings in for you.

Does the sinfuliphonerepo.com source no longer work? I JB my iPhone earlier this week and Cydia is saying that it is not supported/cannot be used.

Exactly how did you type it in? I'd like to rule out the possibility of a typographical error.

Cydia has been giving me difficulty all day. I restored my iPhone from the custom ipsw and it still was acting up. After you posted the URL I attempted to retype it and Cydia asked me if I wanted to update to the latest version. After Cydia was updated I had no difficulty inputting that URL and installing the application. However, when I try to send the MMS it stops at around 90% and says it was unable to send. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong? It's the original iPhone running 3.1.2 on T-Mobile.

Well, sometimes the cause of that is that you do not have MMS activated on your T-Mobile plan.

Or that you do not have the right MMS settings in Settings-General-Network-Cellular Data. Search for T-Mobile MMS settings on Google to make sure.
