MMS on my 2G

So with 3.0 out.. and everyone changing their cellular info on 3G's to get MMS working early. Is there anyway I can get this working with my 2G? I have a 3G S coming Friday but I just wanna see if I can get MMS on this phone for now.

Nope Apple needed to give you another reason to upgrade, so they decided to not put MMS in on the original iPhone.

still trying to figure it out on the 3g, so dont expect it, especially not anytime soon

Supposedly it's a limitation of the antenna used in the 2G units. Sounds like BS to me though unless MMS is on a totally different band or something.

If you can hack the firmware of the 3G to where it recognizes a 2G as a 3G then, yes you could.
