I can receive picture messages but can't send any out. I've tried to "Reset Network Settings" and it didn't help.

For the settings, I've got...

Cellular Data
APN: phone
Username: blank
Password: blank

Visual Voicemail
APN: acds.voicemail
Username: blank
Password: blank

MMS
APN: wap.cingular
Username: blank
Password: blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com:80
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: blank

Do these look ok? Do I need to change any and to what?

Are you using a 3rd party messaging app?

I also have AT&T and my settings look the same. I'm assuming your running on AT&T based on the settings.

No, I use the stock Messages app and yes on AT&T. It's weird because I can receive picture messages just fine and I can send and receive regular text messages, but not MMS/picture messages over SMS or iMessage.

I was having a similar problem earlier. The culprit was Photo Albums+. Uninstalled and works again… Any apps you recently added that could've killed it for you? Did it work before jb?

Hmm...my iPad works again but pine doesn't still. When I send photo to iPhone from iPad the photo pops up but I get no sound.

Funny I had a problem with not seeing attached photos in my email (mms was fine)
