MMS Working on AT&T - I know the feature that needs to be removed

I was getting pics earlier and now I get the red exclamation. I did the ipcc and switch sim to diff phone, waited till updated on att site. I made calls and sent texts. I switched card back and it worked on iPhone. I got several pics. Now my att site shows a 3GS and no more MMS action....WTF??
