Mobile broadband in the UK

Guys,
I will be in the UK for a few days and need internet access on my MB Pro, can someone recommend a way to have internet access 24/7 as and when I need it but not at a ridicules price only for a few days????

Hmm, not a daily basis I don't think. You could just stop by Starbucks or an Apple Store and use their WiFi.

Yeah, you can get USB dongles on PAYG plans from a few of the networks - Three UK probably being the cheapest. It's a bit expensive to buy the modem up-front for just a few days usage, but if you need the always-on connectivity then you're probably doing the right thing.
