I dont think so i bought my GFs 7plus there first day they were out on a next plan. Might be a good place to go, people overlooked target. Everywhere was sold out and they had stock at like 4pm

I bought my snes classic at Target it was a smooth process they gave us tickets and walked us to the electronics counter when the store opened. Only 7 phones seems like a headache tho
