Mobile Me and iPhone 3GS-cannot get it to sync up Bookmarks?

I just picked up a new 27" iMac and I'm syncing my wife's Bookmarks but the iMac isn't showing anything. Her iPhone is showing everything properly but iMac is wrong.

This is the first time time we've synced or anything with the new computer.

What to do?
