I'm soon to buy my first iPhone (should I pre-order or just turn up at the O2 shop next Friday morning??)

My question is, what exactly is Mobile ME, how does it work and is it worth buying it??

Thanks in advance

MobileMe is a service that pushes new email, contacts, and calendar events over the air to all your devices. So your iPhone, Mac, and PC stay in perfect sync. No docking required. And that’s just one of many ways MobileMe simplifies your life.

I find MobileMe incredibly useful - but I appreciate some people probably won't be able to justify the charge etc when Google works quite well.

Also it works in a much better way with a Mac - so I'd keep that in mind.
