About two months ago I recieved the following e-mail from Apple.
Does anyone know how to report that I never recieved my check?
All references to mobile-me have been wiped clean from the apple website.

- Follow-Up Number: 198887207
- Refunded Amount: $149 (plus any applicable taxes)*
