I have several messages in the IN box on the web Mobile Me. When I sync with my miniMac, there are at least two messages that don't "download" to the email on the miniMac. I use the Mac Mail on the mini, and have the command "sync mail" selected in the settings. (I think the .Mac settings? Don't have access to Mac now.)
