Mobileme and Gmail

Hi, im sure this was talked about but i cannot find it.
I have Mobileme and Gmail and im wondering how can i set up gmail to go to my mobile me account so it will push to my phone ? If this is possible can i respond to the Gmail email with the Gmail instead of the mobile me ?

Forward your gmail to your mobileme in your gmail settings, then add your gmail account to your phone and check the option not to check/sync gmail. You will have to choose "gmail" in the reply-from, but its the only workaround I know of.

Also do you know if you can have both google sync and mobile me working at the same time on your iphone ? Will it mess anything up ?
