MobileMe is not working on my account.

    I tried to contact MobileMe live advisor twice in these two days. They on said they will have someone to reply me within 24 hours. But I still can't receive anything here.

    The problem is all of my me.com contacts gone together on my iPhone and iPad. I got no contact and bookmark to use on my iOS device at all. They only reply me that they will have a senior advisor will get back to me. But up to now. No one reply me even 24 hours pass by...

    I really don't understand if Chat Advisor couldn't help customer to solve their problem.

    Restore

    This has happened to me before. I solved it by restoring my iPhone from a backup in iTunes. Just be sure you don't need anything on the phone added after the backup was created.
