MobileMe -> Mac not pushing?

Hi,
I just read the article posted on MacRumors.com and it says that changes made on MobileMe will be pushed to your Mac. However this is not working for me I have to wait my Mac to sync in order to get those changes. The article says that push does not work from your Mac to MobileMe, but that it should work the other way around. Anyone else having this problem? Any Idea's?

ya thanks but that did answer my question. My contacts and iCal are not being pushed from the MobileMe "cloud" down to the desktop apps, which that forum thread says they should. I have to wait for a sync, which from what I've read should only be the case for changes made on the desktop apps that need to me moved to the "cloud"
Any other ideas?
