MobileMe mail checker app?

I have been using POPMonitor forever. It doesn't seem to work with IMAP, or at least not with MobileMe.

I use a few different mail providers, inlcuding MobileMe. I don't like to keep Mail running because I have it set up to delete mail on the server once it's downloaded, meaning if I forget to close Mail and leave the house, I can't get any new email until I come back home.

POPMonitor faithfully notifies me of new POP mail and lets me preview/delete mail, WITHOUT having Mail open.

Is there anything like it that will allow me to check MobileMe?
