And if they did, it'd be 4%, same as the few things they do offer that particular discount on.
I have only purchased my MM subscriptions from eBay. My last sub cost me $47 The seller emailed me the registration code in 10 minuets. Worked great.
Although there isn't a discount on MobileMe, I got mine on Amazon as well, there is a Government store for Federal employees, aka military service members. I think it's essentially the same as discounts as the education store.
Also, at least at some of the PX's on Army bases I have been to, sell Apple products at discount, and tax free, rates.
