MobileMe to iCould Email, Old Email missingn

After a lot of work i have now got icloud working after transferring it from MobileMe. Now i wish i could turn back the clock and just use MobileMe as all my Old emails on my .mac account on MobileMe have gone missing.

Now i have looked around for ome answers. I have my old Mail folders back up before i changed over. But would copying them into the new current folders mess things up further. Or is there some other trick i could do?
