Mobileme uptime guarantee?

Does mobile have a uptime guarantee for their service? im using them to host my website and have some issues with the speeds.
I didnt even come close to using all my monthly bandwidth or storage space. My site is not complex either. just today my site went all stealth on me and no images where shown for a good few minutes.
Does anyone know?

Like godaddy offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee

I've never seen any MobileMe service-level-agreements or uptime guarantees.

Still, even a 99.9% uptime guarantee means that they can be down for 3.65 days a year!

haha yeah but i can tell you they were more then just 4 days already. not being able to publish a few days in some hours to their servers. So i already understand they cant say they have a 99.9% uptime.
