I got to know this application and sort of did a review on it. For folks that uses OneNote alot and have the iPhone or iPod touch and would like to have it on the go and view it offline you can give this a try.

Its subscription based but the iphone app is free

Thanks for the link.

Though I do hate it when people take a perfectly good notetaking app and put a subscription model on it and steal all your data at the same time... They should be paying us! :D

What do you mean? Users data in MobileNoter is encrypted and secured. You may also use the Wi-Fi synchronization, if you don't want to deal with cloud.
