Mocha VNC

Hi there,

I've downloaded the Mocha VNC client and I have a few questions.

Now this might be a question more about VNC but any help will be greatly received.
I've learnt how to setup Apple Remote Desktop and set password and then entered those details in Mocha but nothing!

I am new to all this.
